SECURITY DEPOSIT:

Security deposit of $150.00 is to be paid to reserve the hall. The total hall payment made payable to Hardindell Hall and received at least 2 weeks before function. After an inspection by the management to ensure the hall is left clean and orderly, as per the Respect our facility form that accompanied this rental agreement. The Hardindell Community Club will refund your security deposit by mail or e-transfer, less any damages or extra cleaning charges. Extra cleaning rates will be charged out at $25.00 per hour. NSF charges will be $30.00 plus any extra bank charges. Security deposit will be forfeited if a cancelation is not received 90 days prior to arrival date (some exceptions may apply).

INSURANCE:

If you are consuming or serving alcohol, the renter must obtain a current liquor license and Party Alcohol Liability Insurance coverage. This is to protect against liability for damage claims that may arise through pubic use of or, of accidents occurring in and around the hall’s term of this agreement. The insurance policy will provide a minimum liability coverage of $2,000,000. The insurance policy will also provide coverage for contingent liability of the Hall on any claims or losses, and name Clearwater County and the Hardindell Community Club as Additional insureds. A copy of these documents will be delivered (email or text) to the administer at least 3 days prior to the event.

If any host liquor license and/or insurance policy and not delivered to the Hall, the Hall is authorized to cancel the event and the Hall will notify the Renter by phone and/or email per the information provided. The paid Security Deposit will also be forfeited.

The Renter agrees that it will indemnify and save harmless the Hall and Community Club from any and all liability, loss or other damage claims or obligations resulting from any injuries or losses of this nature.
